All purchases are final. Because NYS Alarm Prep provides immediate access to digital study materials, practice questions, and exam-prep content, payments are non-refundable once access is granted. Please review the available free preview and the product details on our Pricing page before purchasing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at office.nyalarmprep@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not refund payments already made. You will retain access to paid content through the end of your current billing period.
A free account includes a preview of the Module 1 study guide and one free 10-question Module 1 practice test, with no payment required. Use the free preview to evaluate the Platform before subscribing.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, after cancellation, or a duplicate charge — contact us at office.nyalarmprep@gmail.com within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a corrective refund if warranted.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer so we can resolve any billing issue directly. Unresolved fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
